We are a reputable business with extensive experience within the property industry, spanning some forty years.

As a result of skills gained from holding key managerial positions with national and international companies within the construction industry, Thomas and Turton was formed. Since its inception we have acted for private land owners and many of the major developers in the South East Region.

Our main area of activity is the sale and acquisition of development land with associated planning advice. Our skills also include market research and sales consultancy.
