Our main area of activity is the sale and acquisition of development land for volume build on behalf of clients. We are able to assist with site sourcing, site assembly and assessing alternative use feasibility. In particular, we specialise in brown field sites and urban renewal, primarily for residential, mixed use and retirement schemes.
On behalf of clients, we can structure site sales, conditional upon the grant of planning consents and are also experienced in negotiating option agreements for both long and shorter term transactions to suit specific site requirements. Equally, if a site already has a planning consent, we can advise on the best method of disposal or acquisition.
In many instances we act on behalf of land owners to promote longer-term proposals through the local planning process, in company with experienced planning associates.
We have established development contacts within the legal profession and can facilitate and monitor the legal process involved in the sale or acquisition of land, from instruction to completion.
We are able to conduct market research to accurately assess market requirements and trends, predict the right choice of product, maximise sales potential and ultimately a development’s profitability.
We have an extensive client base, many of whom are seeking sites with or without planning consents.
We have advised on projects as diverse as sourcing a church, relocating a school and acquiring a site for one of the major supermarket chains.
